What is delta 8?
Delta 8 is a natural compound found in cannabis plants. It is a milder form of THC compared to Delta 9. Even though it is a milder form of Delta-9, do not underestimate it. It can still get you extremely high depending on the dose.
Is delta 8 legal?
Yes, the 2018 Farm Bill legalized hemp and hemp-derived products with less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC. Delta-8 THC derived from hemp meets these criteria, as it doesn't technically contain Delta-9 THC.
